Hi, we’re Amanda and Sabrina
In 2013 we met during our Baking & Pastry Arts Management diploma in Toronto. We graduated with such determination that we would not only contribute but change the pastry industry.
Fast forward a few years and you’d find us leaving pastry due to lack of opportunities for Pastry Chefs. That is where Side Piece Desserts was born. Our goal is to transform desserts in restaurants by not making them an after thought, but by making them the perfect side piece to their already well established menu.
Our Approach
Partner with restaurants who have a struggling dessert or pastry menu. Work with them and customize desserts that compliment their menu. Change or reinvent their desserts seasonally based on the needs of each of our partners
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
