Who we are

Our story begins in 2013 where we first met in pastry school at George Brown College. After graduating from the Baking & Pastry Arts program, we set out into the world on our separate paths.

We managed to work alongside each other within various restaurants and bakeries across the city until both of our journeys came to halt in 2020. We noticed lost jobs and diminishing pastry programs and experienced first hand what the pastry culture was becoming in restaurants.

As foodies, Sabrina from an Italian background and Amanda from a Portuguese background, we love to eat! We never pass up a good bite or a new spot in the city to check out. However, we grew increasingly frustrated by the recurring disappointment of lacklustre sweet endings at our beloved restaurants - so we decided to take matters into our own hands!

We embarked on this journey to create desserts that transcend expectations for both chefs and restauranteurs. As an all women team, we stand by hand made and freshly made-to-order small batch desserts. Every dessert we create meets tantalizing flavours, flawless execution and unmatched artistry.
